HB 2964 - DIGEST

     Requires regional transportation planning organizations to provide to the legislators whose districts are within the boundaries of the organization a schedule of six-year transportation improvement program decision process points, updates, and amendments to the six-year transportation improvement program.

     Provides that transportation policy board membership must include at least one member each from the state senate and the house of representatives.
