HB 2966 - DIGEST

     Establishes a lead-based paint activities program within the department of health to protect the general public from exposure to lead hazards and to ensure the availability of a trained and qualified work force to identify and address lead-based paint hazards.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
