HB 3023 - DIGEST

     Requires that sources of human-caused pollution must be identified and addressed to reduce or eliminate water quality degradation.  One such source of human-caused pollution is the use of ethylene and propylene glycols as aircraft de-icers at major airports.  The legislature finds that airports within the state must implement all known and reasonable techniques to eliminate the discharge of glycols to surrounding surface and ground waters.
