HB 3074 - DIGEST

     Directs the department to establish a uniform monthly allowance for clothing, personal maintenance, and necessary incidentals for all individuals residing in state-funded residential facility beds.

     Directs the department to increase the uniform monthly allowance set under this section by the same rate as authorized for any vendor rate increase for state-funded residential facilities.
