HB 3121 - DIGEST

     Provides that the names and other identifying or personally identifiable information of, or relating to, the following persons, which information is maintained by a public agency performing public transportation functions, are exempt from disclosure:  (1) Current or former participants, applicants, and potential participants in any vanpool, carpool, or other ride-sharing programs processed or administered by such public agency;

     (2) persons who acquire and use transit passes and other fare media;

     (3) current or former participants or applicants in a paratransit or other transit service operated for the benefit of persons with disabilities or elderly persons;

     (4) persons who submit complaints about public transportation services; and

     (5) persons who apply for or participate in other public transportation programs administered by such public agencies.
