HR 4612 - DIGEST

     Establishes a select committee to examine the laws and policies of the state that govern vendor contracting and vendor services.

     Requires the committee to issue a report of its findings to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the minority leader no later than Friday, November 14, 1997.
