SB 5310 - DIGEST

     Creates the joint legislative committee on information technology to oversee the direction, management, and expenditures of the state's information technology programs and activities.

     Requires the committee to examine, on a continuing basis, the status of information technology in state government, and recommend to the legislature ways to improve the management and use of information technology in state government.
