     Declares that commercial bottom trawling for food fish and shellfish is unlawful in all areas of the Strait of Juan de Fuca east of the Sekiu river, the Strait of Georgia, the San Juan Islands, Admiralty Inlet, Puget Sound, and Hood Canal.

     Declares that all waters in marine area codes five through thirteen are closed to commercial bottom trawling for food fish and shellfish.
