SB 6068 - DIGEST

     Provides that the newspaper and broadcast notice required by Article XXIII, section 1, of the state Constitution and RCW 29.27.072 must identify the state measures appearing on the general election ballot in that year and include any related information that, in the opinion of the secretary of state, is likely to promote increased knowledge about those measures and participation in the election.  No individual candidate or incumbent public official may be referred to or identified in these notices or advertisements.
