SB 6711 - DIGEST

     Provides that, during the 1999 fiscal year, existing commercial vehicle enforcement officers have the option of making a transition from civil service employees to commissioned Washington state patrol officers.  The transition and commissioning of the officers must be completed by June 30, 1999.
