     On page 7, line 26, after Ashall@ strike Aserve as the lead entity for the Yakima river basin@ and insert Aadd three county representatives to its membership as provided in this subsection and serve as the lead entity for the Yakima river basin.  The county legislative authorities from Yakima, Kittitas, and Benton counties shall each appoint one representative to the system operations advisory committee@

EFFECT: Adds a representative from Yakima, Kittitas, and Benton counties to the lead entity for the Yakima River basin.
