     On page 9 of the amendment, beginning on line 26, after "by" strike everything through "thereafter" on line 28 and insert "one percent"

     On page 9 of the amendment, beginning on line 30, after "to" strike everything through "thereafter" on line 33 and insert "twenty percent of the tax imposed under this chapter"

     On page 10 of the amendment, beginning on line 5, strike "it includes, in whole or in part," and insert "timber harvest from the harvest unit to which it applies is reduced by at least twenty percent due to"

EFFECT: Applies the full 1% tax rate credit beginning January 1, 2000, but only for harvest units where the harvest is reduced by at least 20% by new rules.
