     On page 41, line 5 of the striking amendment, after Acomply;@ strike Aor@ and insert the following:

A(iii) Failed to take corrective actions;

 (iv) Violated riparian rules or conditions; or@

     Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Provides that financial assurances may be required if an operator or landowner fails to take corrective actions or violates riparian rules or conditions.
