     On page 53, line 10 of the amendment, after Aagreements@ insert Afor ten years from the effective date of the new rules adopted by the forest practices board@

EFFECT: Limits the time frame in which new rules or requirements may not be made upon forest practices in the state for ten years.  Limits the time frame for which federal assurances negotiated by the governor will apply to ten years.
