     On page 6, line 32, after Areport.@ insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 206.  Notwithstanding the forests and fish report, nothing adopted by the forest practices board pursuant to this report shall require the relocation or removal of existing water diversion structures, homes, buildings and other structures, bridges or fences.@

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

Effect: Protects existing water diversion structures, homes, buildings and other structures, bridges or fences from being removed due to new forest practice regulations promulgated from the forests and fish report.
