     On page 5, after line 15, insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 4.  Nothing in this act affects the right to collect installments of a stepparent child support obligation that became due before the effective date of this act under an existing order.  Installments of a stepparent child support obligation that would have become due after the effective date of this act are not collectable.@

     Correct the title.

EFFECT: Allows enforcement of stepparent child support obligations that have accrued before the effective date of the act.
