    On page 1, line 5, after "chapter" strike "43.10" and insert "80.01"

EFFECT:  Registration for residents and access to the list by commercial telephone solicitors is available at no charge.  The WUTC is authorized to establish the list, and may contract with a third party to maintain the list.
