     On page 2, after line 36 insert the following:

A(c) Provide a copy of the written notice required under this subsection to an authorized official of the local fire district that serves the area were the dwelling unit is located.  The landlord or the landlord=s authorized agent must provide a copy of any revisions to the written notice to an authorized official of the local fire district that serves the area where the dwelling unit is located; andA

EFFECT: Requires the landlord or landlord=s agent to provide a copy of the fire and safety information to an official of the local fire district.  A copy of any revisions to the written notice must also be sent to the local fire district.
