     On page 3, line 27 of the amendment, after Aproperty.@ insert AThe court may suspend or modify the litter cleanup restitution payment for a first-time offender under this section, if the person cleans up and properly disposes of the litter.@

EFFECT:  Allows a court to suspend or modify the cleanup payment if a first-time offender cleans up and properly disposes the litter.
