    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to 1999 sp.s. c 1  (uncodified) is amended to read as follows:

    "Puget Sound Ferry Operations Account--

    State Appropriation....$600,000"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
