    On page 2, line 38, after "work" insert ";

(8) Benefits paid pursuant to subsection (7) of this section shall not be charged to the experience rating account of any contribution-paying employer"

EFFECT:  Individual employers will not have their experience ratings affected by persons utilizing domestic violence benefits.
