    On page 1, line 14 after "at" strike "such" and insert "((such)) a general"

    On page 2, line 2 after "district.",  insert "However, if a school district submits a proposition at a special election, the number of voters voting "yes" on the proposition shall constitute three-fifths of the voters in such school district voting at such election."

    On page 2, line 6, after "chapter," strike "by ((three-fifths)) a majority of the voters voting at such election," and insert: "((by three fifths of the voters voting at such election,))".

    On page 2, line 30, after "proposition" insert "at a general election".

    On page 3, line 37, after "at" strike "an" and insert "((an)) a general".

    On page 3, line 38, after "purpose.", insert "However, if a school district submits a proposition at a special election, the number of voters voting "yes" on the proposition shall constitute three-fifths of the voters in such school district voting at such election."
