    On page 66, after line 15, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 308.  Strikes by division of emergency management employees are prohibited.  No employee of the division of emergency management may strike or refuse to perform his or her official duties."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Prohibits emergency workers from striking.
