    On page 66, after line 15, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 308.  Strikes by department of corrections employees are prohibited.  No employee of the department of corrections may strike or refuse to perform his or her official duties."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
