    On page 2, line 7, after "section" insert "and whose driver's license is not currently suspended or revoked as the result of a conviction for driving or being in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug"

EFFECT:  A person whose driver's license is suspended or revoked due to driving while under the influence of alcohol or any drug may not apply for an occupational driver's license under this new subsection.
