    On page 7, line 29, after "determinations" insert", including a requirement that the person making review determinations be licensed  under the same chapter as the provider being reviewed"

EFFECT:  Requires that rules adopted for independent review organizations under this section include a requirement that the person doing the review must be licensed under the same chapter as the provider being reviewed.
