    On page 9, line 21, delete "2000" and insert "2003"

    On page 9, after line 34, insert the following:

    "(4) Beginning January 1, 2000, the commission shall make available upon demand to all persons that have the option to file reports electronically under this chapter educational training, materials and technological support related to the electronic filing of reports."

EFFECT: To phase in mandatory electronic filing requirements and to require the commission to provide training to those who choose to or are required to file electronically.
