    On page 12, at the beginning of line 12, strike "(e)" and insert "(f)"

    On page 13, line 13, after "interests" insert "and to be a laison in all nonjudicial forums or proceedings to intercede, interact, interpret, and make recommendations in the best interests of the child or ward"

EFFECT:  Further clarifies the role of a court-appointed special advocate or guardian ad litem to include liaison work outside the courtroom.
