Brief Description: Adding county employees to provisions regarding tuition waivers.

Background:

Under current law, colleges and universities may waive the tuition and fees of state employees who attend courses on a space available basis.  These students do not affect enrollment information or budgetary determinations.

Summary of Bill:

Permanent county employees are added to the list of individuals who may attend college and university courses under the waiver program on a space available basis.
