Background:  Title 18 RCW, "Businesses and Professions," and Title 19 RCW, "Business Regulations--Miscellaneous" contain technical and grammatical errors.

Summary of Amended Bill:  Technical and grammatical errors are corrected.

Amended Bill Compared to Original Bill:  Language amending RCW 18.04.105 is added.  This language clarifies that new continuing education standards for certified public accountants must be at least as strict as those standards currently in place.

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
