AN ACT Relating to unemployment insurance; and creating a new section.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature finds that modifications of the unemployment insurance system are needed to ensure that employer taxes are not unnecessarily increased and future taxes are set at appropriate levels, and that benefits for unemployed dislocated workers are available to support retraining opportunities.
