    BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives meet the Senate in Joint Session on Tuesday, January 11, 2000, at 4:30 p.m. in the House Chamber, for the purpose of receiving a State of the State message from the Governor of the State of Washington, the Honorable Gary Locke.
