BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the State of Washington, the Senate concurring, That immediately before adjournment SINE DIE of this 2000 1st Special Session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature:
(1) The House of Representatives shall transmit to the Senate all Senate bills, Senate joint resolutions, Senate concurrent resolutions, and Senate joint memorials in its possession that have not been passed by the House of Representatives, and upon receipt by the Senate of such measures they shall be assigned to the Senate Rules Committee for third reading; and
(2) The Senate shall transmit to the House of Representatives all House bills, House joint resolutions, House concurrent resolutions, and House joint memorials in its possession that have not been passed by the Senate, and upon receipt by the House of Representatives of such measures they shall be assigned to the House Rules Committee for third reading; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Co-Chief Clerks of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate shall retain in their possession and in the status that exists upon the adjournment SINE DIE of the 2000 1st Special Session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature, all legislative measures including all bills, joint resolutions, concurrent resolutions, and joint memorials that may at that time be in their respective houses and all records, journals, dockets, and other documents pertaining thereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all measures introduced at any subsequent special session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature shall be numbered as a continuation of the numbers assigned to measures of the 2000 1st Special Session of the Fifty-sixth Legislature.
