AN ACT Relating to bone marrow donation; and adding a new section to chapter 70.54 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 70.54 RCW to read as follows:
A person's status as a minor may not disqualify him or her from bone marrow donation.
