HB 1111 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to require, at the beginning of a solicitation by telephone, that commercial fund raisers identify themselves as such, and that fund raisers identify the city from which they are calling, or, if they are calling from outside of Washington, the state from which they are calling.  Then, the person receiving the call may decide at the beginning of the call whether to terminate the conversation or listen to the solicitation.
