HB 1272 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to require that a commercial motor vehicle operating upon the public highways of this state must not be subjected to a random inspection without the establishment of probable cause.

     Requires the state patrol to, whenever possible, conduct these inspections at commercial vehicle terminals instead of along the highway.

     Repeals RCW 46.64.060 and 46.64.070.
