HB 1517 - DIGEST

     Declares that "municipal water supply purposes" means the use of water to satisfy the needs of:  (1) A city;

     (2) a town;

     (3) a public utility district organized pursuant to chapter 54.04 RCW;

     (4) a water-sewer district organized pursuant to Title 57 RCW; or

     (5) a group A public water system, as defined in chapter 70.119 RCW or department of health or board of health rule.
