HB 1525 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Provides that, whenever it appears that the best interests of the incapacitated person would be served, the court may:  (1) Require any party or other person subject to the jurisdiction of the court to submit to mediation;

     (2) establish the terms for the mediation; and

     (3) allocate the cost of the mediation as justice requires among the parties or other persons subject to the jurisdiction of the court.
