HB 1614 - DIGEST

     Declares that, notwithstanding the provisions of the charter of a first class city to the contrary, a board or other body established in the city to manage or operate one or more utilities shall consist of seven members who are appointed by the mayor, and confirmed by the council, to staggered five-year terms of office.
