     Provides that the growth management hearings boards shall cease to exist on July 1, 2002.

     Repeals RCW 36.70A.250, 36.70A.260, 36.70A.270, 36.70A.295, 36.70A.302, 36.70A.305, and 36.70A.335 effective July 1, 2002.
