HB 1985 - DIGEST

     Provides that the secretary of transportation, with the approval of the transportation commission, may complete preliminary negotiations with the private entity as specified in RCW 47.46.040, subject to final approval of the contract by the legislature and appropriation or commitment of funds necessary to complete the state route number 16 corridor project.
