HB 2060 - DIGEST

     Requires that a city, town, or county shall not unreasonably deny the use of the right-of-way for installing, maintaining, or removing facilities for telecommunications services or cable television services.  The reasons for a denial of the use of the right-of-way shall be stated in writing.
