HB 2122 - DIGEST

     Provides that, in the 2000 calendar year and thereafter, districts that are eligible for twelve percent equalization and certify five-twelfths of the amount necessary for the maximum amount of state matching funds as defined in this act shall be considered eligible for the maximum amount of state matching funds as defined in this act.
