     Revises provisions of chapter 46.20 RCW relating to the issuance of drivers' licenses.

     Provides for five year renewals.

     Increases the fee to twenty-five dollars, or five dollars a year for other than a five year period.

     Revises fees for commercial and motorcycle licenses.
