HB 2415 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to authorize the establishment of charter public schools for the purpose of providing a unique setting for learning that will improve pupil achievement and provide additional public school choices for students, parents, and teachers.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
