HB 2574 - DIGEST

     Declares citizens who live and work in the community shall not be displaced from their jobs by inmates.

     Declares that the system should provide for inmate work programs.  Inmates shall be paid a wage comparable to the wage paid for work of a similar nature in the locality in which the industry is located.
