HB 2619 - DIGEST

     Declares that chapter 41.06 RCW does not prohibit any agency, as defined in RCW 41.06.020, or institution of higher education, as defined in RCW 28B.10.016, or related board, from purchasing services, including services that have been customarily and historically provided by employees in the classified service under this chapter, by contacting with individuals, nonprofit organizations, businesses, or other entities.

     Repeals RCW 41.06.380 and 41.06.382.
