HB 2647 - DIGEST

     Provides that flaggers posted under Title 47 RCW shall use signs or paddles equipped with mirrors, or equivalent devices.  The type, position, and dimensions of the mirrors, or equivalent devices, must be such that the flagger has adequate warning of objects approaching from behind the flagger.
