     Provides that the total outside width of noncommercial motor homes, travel trailers, and campers may exceed eight and one-half feet if the excess width is attributable to appurtenances that extend no further than the exterior rearview mirrors of the motor home, tow vehicle, or camper-bearing pickup truck when the mirrors are installed at the distance necessary to provide the appropriate field of view for the vehicle.
