HB 2937 - DIGEST

     Declares that RCW 81.104.100 and 81.104.110 do not apply to an assumption of a high-capacity responsibility, route, or plan element by one agency from another, such as the assumption by a local transit agency of the responsibility, route, or plan element of a state transportation agency if the assuming agency undertakes all the obligations of the planning process and the assumption is approved by the appropriate regional planning agency.
